- We are also a member of CARTA (Campaign for Real Travel Agents) and an AITO approved agent, offering many independent holidays normally only available by "direct sell.
- OAG Gazetteers are held, ensuring availability of all hotel and resort information, visa requirements, etc.
- We have a wide selection of memberships and systems to source travel and packages. This enables us to benefit from their enormous buying power and being able to pass on to you, the client, the benefits, whilst still retaining our independent status and not being linked to any tour operator.
- We are also PSARA (Passenger Shipping Association Retail Agents) Members able to offer advice on worldwide cruising with special offer availability.
The air holidays shown are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, and we act as agents for licensed tour operators; the relevant ATOL number is displayed with each holiday shown. The flight bookings we make are also ATOL Protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made direct to airlines. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
